Our manufacturer has been designing and building quality outdoor furniture since 1964. Many of our clients also utilize the furnishings for their indoor restaurants, foyers, lounge areas, solariums or sunrooms.
Our in house design team can assist you in planning and layout, or we are happy to work with your designers. Our goal is to assist you in creating the look, feel and functionality you envision for your establishment.

The Founder
Judy Davidson understands the hospitality industry very well, having built a million dollar charter yacht business from the ground up. Judy knows the importance of flow, ambience, time frames and ROI which allows her company to assist clients in creating the perfect areas to entertain and spoil their clientele in.
Judy began her career of over 10 years in hospitality by creating a first class yacht charter service. Her clientele included top level corporations, celebrities and royalty. Judy trail blazed the newly founded charter industry creating many of the operation procedures many yachts still run with.
Moving into staging yachts for sale and developed the décor to create comfort, functionality and an elegant ambience that clients could simply step into and sail away was the next step for Judy, followed by her entrance into designer out door furnishings. Judy brings over 15 years of experience in helping clients select the finest in outdoor living furnishings, furnishings that reflects their style, wants and desires.
Combine Judy’s background in entertaining and creating elegant functions for large or intimate groups along with her expertise in outdoor furnishings allows Judy to see the big picture and help her clients create their vision for beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. …..perfect for serving meals, cozy conversation areas or simply relaxing by the pool and soothing the soul.
